🚚 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.

📦 Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

🚛 Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days
    Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.

🏠 Freight Delivery (Large Appliances)

Washing machines are classified as large freight items and will be delivered by a specialized carrier:

  • Curbside Delivery is included with all orders unless stated otherwise.

  • In-Home Delivery & Installation may be available in select locations for an additional fee.

  • The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

💰 Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping is FREE on all washing machines.

  • Expedited and specialty services (e.g., installation) may incur additional charges, which will be clearly shown at checkout.

🔄 Failed Delivery Attempts

If the carrier cannot complete delivery due to an incorrect address or missed appointment, re-delivery fees may apply. Please ensure someone 18+ is available to receive the appliance during the delivery window.

📦 Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your washing machine upon delivery.

  • If damaged or parts are missing, note the issue on the delivery receipt and contact our customer support within 48 hours.

  • We will work quickly to resolve any issues, including replacement or repair.
