🚚 Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.
📦 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
🚛 Delivery Timeframes
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.
🏠 Freight Delivery (Large Appliances)
Washing machines are classified as large freight items and will be delivered by a specialized carrier:
Curbside Delivery is included with all orders unless stated otherwise.
In-Home Delivery & Installation may be available in select locations for an additional fee.
The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
💰 Shipping Fees
Standard Shipping is FREE on all washing machines.
Expedited and specialty services (e.g., installation) may incur additional charges, which will be clearly shown at checkout.
🔄 Failed Delivery Attempts
If the carrier cannot complete delivery due to an incorrect address or missed appointment, re-delivery fees may apply. Please ensure someone 18+ is available to receive the appliance during the delivery window.
📦 Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your washing machine upon delivery.
If damaged or parts are missing, note the issue on the delivery receipt and contact our customer support within 48 hours.
We will work quickly to resolve any issues, including replacement or repair.
