โ Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on washing machines within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
It must be returned in the original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and parts included
A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Large appliances must not be connected to water or power

Our support team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide return shipping instructions
Carefully package the item and ship it back using the provided RMA
Once received and inspected, we will process your return or exchange

Full refunds will be issued for eligible returns, minus original shipping costs (if applicable)
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5โ7 business days after inspection
Restocking fees of up to 15% may apply for opened or large appliance returns

Used, installed, or damaged machines not due to shipping or manufacturing defect
Items returned without original packaging
Clearance or final sale items (as marked on product page)

If your washing machine arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost.
